LanArq turned Lagardère Travel Retail's RELAY furniture brief into a repeatable technical system, made in Lima and adapted for five cities. We coordinated technical specifications, fabrication, transport, access documentation, installation, and after-sales support across landside and airside environments. Each location used the same technical base with the adjustments it required.
Extend a coherent retail experience across five northern Peruvian cities, covering different footprints, landside and airside environments, and airport-specific access requirements. The task was to create a technical family capable of traveling, installing, and adapting.
A shared base of backwalls, gondolas, modules, counters, and accessories was configured for each store. Technical specifications and a city matrix standardized production and quality, while each deployment informed the next.
