We receive your name, company or venture, email, phone if you choose to provide it, language, and the information you enter about the project, product, location, and timing. We also store the reference, date, and version of your consent.

We use the information to evaluate your inquiry, contact you, prepare a response, quote, or LanFlor Lab discussion, and follow up on that same request.

We process the information based on the consent you give by checking the box and submitting the form. You may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing completed before we receive your request.

Required fields let us record and handle the inquiry. Your phone and files are optional. You may attach up to 3 PDF, JPG, PNG, or WEBP files with a combined maximum of 10 MB.

Briefs and images remain in restricted private storage and are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. The internal alert lists filenames only: files are never sent as automatic email attachments.

This consent does not authorize advertising campaigns or unrelated uses. If we later want to send you news, we will ask for separate consent.

To understand which CTA and content start a useful conversation, we store the entry page, referrer domain and UTM campaign parameters when available. We do not use this information for third-party advertising.

We receive your name, city, role of interest, experience, English level, availability, email, phone, short introduction, and a required PDF CV up to 5 MB.

LanPeople uses this information to review the profile, contact the applicant and consider participation in current or future Promoter, Brand Ambassador, retail sales, or supervision processes.

The PDF is stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage with restricted access. It is neither published nor attached to the email alert. A cryptographic fingerprint supports duplicate and integrity controls.

If the application does not proceed, the CV is scheduled for deletion after 90 days. A minimal application record may be kept for up to 12 months for follow-up, security and rights requests.

If the inquiry does not become a business relationship, we keep the record for no more than 12 months after the last contact. We then delete it or turn it into information that no longer identifies a person.

If the inquiry becomes a project, we keep only the information needed in the relevant systems to manage the relationship and meet contractual, accounting, or legal requirements for the applicable period.

The site may create basic technical records for security and automated submission prevention. We do not use them for advertising or commercial profiles.

We do not install advertising cookies. Google Analytics is enabled only when you expressly accept optional measurement; it is configured without advertising signals or personalisation. Separately, we use strictly operational first-party measurement: it records pages, CTAs, performance signals, referrer domain or constrained UTM labels, and a random session identifier. LanFlor does not deliberately add form contents, visitor names, or visitor email addresses to those events. To prevent abuse, the IP address is transformed into a one-way frequency hash: we do not retain the raw IP and delete that technical hash within 24 hours. Events are deleted after 90 days. You can continue without Google Analytics and change your choice by deleting the saved browser preference.
