Inside the new terminal.
Where retail takes shape.

LanFlor took part as a local retail-implementation specialist at the new Jorge Chávez terminal: fixtures, displays, access and safety coordination, internal logistics, installation, commissioning, and post-installation support.

Retail implementation and on site commissioning.
Our exact role

We did not construct the airport building. Our work began where infrastructure had to become an operational retail experience: receive or develop elements, coordinate them within a regulated environment, install and test them, then respond when adjustments were needed.

Three proofs of capability

Luxury, confectionery and spirits.
One delivery discipline.

These are the technical scopes documented in the project records. We do not claim credit for the brands' global design or publish sales results without validation.

01
Davidoff

Precision for a luxury category.

Nine timber fixture modules with bronze mirrors, epoxy-coated metal, laminates and LED lighting. The project record also documents delivery, testing and commissioning of a B-500 humidifier.

02
Johnnie Walker

From handover to post-installation support.

Access and internal handling coordination, installation of one wall bay in Arrivals, three wall bays in Departures, and one gondola, followed by documented adjustments, reinforcements, and repairs after the initial installation.

03
Perfetti · Chupa Chups

An iconic display ready to install.

One demountable Triple Display built from steel, PVC, acrylic, vinyl and illuminated elements, including installation for the international area.
